Minnesota has no single statewide clerk address for all court and local records. Use the county directory for District Court Administration, county marriage offices, sheriff records, jail rosters, and local warrants. Statewide records use separate official systems: Minnesota Court Records Online for public District Court data, the BCA Public Criminal History Search, the Minnesota DOC Offender Locator, Driver and Vehicle Services, and the Minnesota Office of Vital Records. The state vital-records office does not issue marriage certificates or divorce decrees.
